Si on ne fait pas attention à la petite étiquette à placer sur l'oreiller, les draps sont changés et c'est inutile. Il faudrait que le personnel explique bien comment éviter le remplacement des draps et serviettes de bain

We had a very nice stay at your hotel and our general impression was excellent. I do not regret having stayed at your hotel even though it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions as the quality of service/price rate we had was really good. I have to say that we did our reservation using your long reservation offer that was convenient for us.

Hôtel très calme, à l'écart du bruit du Carnaval, mais très proche du centre de Venise : parfait ! Les pâtisseries du petit-déjeuner sont très bonnes!

I would definitely recommend your hotel. Location is excelent. Close to the publïc transport, the way from the airport by public transport is very easy and is in the peacefull area. The room was very spacious, modern and nice. Breakfast just amazing!!! And I really appreciate the jazz music at the breakfast room, such a nice morning. Hotel staff always helpfull and very kind. The center of Venice is 25 minutes with nice walk along the see. Many thanks for a lovely stay. Hope I will visit your great city and hotel again somewhere in the future.

Il manque un coin bar où l'on peut savoir et passer un moment. Endroit pauvre avec 4 chaises au comptoir.

Спасибо Вам за замечательную уютную атмосферу, дружеский персонал и качественное обслуживание номера. Сотрудники помогали решать возникающие вопрос, советовали как лучше добраться до нужного места. Отель находится в тихом, зеленом районе, но тем не менее по близости есть пицерия, аптека, магазин с продуктами. Приятные завтраки (у нас на завтрак давали:омлет, варенные яйца, два сорта сыра, бекон, сосиски, ветчину и, конечно, соусы - майонез, горчица, кетчуп, много пероженных, круасаны (безумно вкусные), варенье (4 вида, яблоко, вишня -самое вкусное, апельсин и еще какое-то, мед, нутелла (в одноразовых баночках), мюсли (4-5 видов), молоко холодное, молоко горячее, кофе, большой выбор чаев (в пакетиках) и кипяток, еще сок) Пеший поход до площади Сан-Марко занймет 20 минут. Если пойдете пешком не пожалеете. Мостики, скверики, парки, море. (или 10 минут на вапаррето (местное средство передвижения)). Когда мы будем возвращаться в Венецию, мы обязательно остановимся у Вас снова.Благодаря Вам мы провели чудесный отпуск. Grazie!!!!!

A very pleasant discovery near the centre of town. Excellent rooms and service, and very good restaurant. Probably we will coming back in the future.

Trés bel hotel pour un séjour tres agréable, petit dejeuner tres satisfaisant. La chambre etait parfaite, la salle de bain aussi. Aucun regret quant au choix de cet hotel que je recommande.
