Спасибо Вам за замечательную уютную атмосферу, дружеский персонал и качественное обслуживание номера. Сотрудники помогали решать возникающие вопрос, советовали как лучше добраться до нужного места. Отель находится в тихом, зеленом районе, но тем не менее по близости есть пицерия, аптека, магазин с продуктами. Приятные завтраки (у нас на завтрак давали:омлет, варенные яйца, два сорта сыра, бекон, сосиски, ветчину и, конечно, соусы - майонез, горчица, кетчуп, много пероженных, круасаны (безумно вкусные), варенье (4 вида, яблоко, вишня -самое вкусное, апельсин и еще какое-то, мед, нутелла (в одноразовых баночках), мюсли (4-5 видов), молоко холодное, молоко горячее, кофе, большой выбор чаев (в пакетиках) и кипяток, еще сок) Пеший поход до площади Сан-Марко занймет 20 минут. Если пойдете пешком не пожалеете. Мостики, скверики, парки, море. (или 10 минут на вапаррето (местное средство передвижения)). Когда мы будем возвращаться в Венецию, мы обязательно остановимся у Вас снова.Благодаря Вам мы провели чудесный отпуск. Grazie!!!!!

A very pleasant discovery near the centre of town. Excellent rooms and service, and very good restaurant. Probably we will coming back in the future.

Trés bel hotel pour un séjour tres agréable, petit dejeuner tres satisfaisant. La chambre etait parfaite, la salle de bain aussi. Aucun regret quant au choix de cet hotel que je recommande.

Hotel et chambre tres bien, personnel attentif. Pour une chambre pareille (414) une baignoire en plus de la douche serait bienvenue, ainsi que des WC séparés. Trés bonne prestation tout de même.

Malheureusement pas bonne du tout, filé d'eau pour prendre la douche, nettoyage de la chambre quelconque pour ne dire anormal, petit déjeuné sans toasteur pour le pain, pas de restauration pendant 5 jours dans l'hotel.

Situé au grand calme sur l'île Sant'Elena cet hôtel ne manque pas de charme; dommage que certaines personnes de la réception soit aussi peu courtoises et ne daignent même pas regarder et saluer les clients; dommage également que la salle de bain de la junior suite que nous occupions soit si peu fonctionnelle (seulement 22cm pour entrer dans la baignoire, pas digne du junior-suite) et dommage également que la télécommande de la télévision réclamée à plusieurs reprises à la réception ne nous ait pas été fournie ....

As usual our stay at St'Elena has been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and will definitely book in for our next visit to Venice.

The Hotel was not what I expected for a 4 star. The common areas were cold and functional. No lounge area, breakfast room and bar were not attractive. The room had stains and scuffs on the walls, the sofa was dirty and not comfortable and the furniture was chipped. Not a 4 star hotel, we were disappointed.

Un albergo situato al più bel posto di venezia. tranquillo, pulito, moderno e molto vicino al centro della città. avevamo un soggiorno molto piacevole!

Bon séjour, personnel d'accueil agréable (un peu moins pour le petit déjeuner), bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié, belle chambre lumineuse au 4ème étage, globalement bon rapport qualité prix à cette saison...

Keep on ! You are doing what has to be done. Peaceful site so near of evetything by vaporetto ! It is our second year in a row we chose Sant'Elena and we hope to be there again and again ! Grazie Tante.
