Je recommanderais l hotel a mes amis, j'ai hâte de revenir dans cet hôtel pour mon prochain séjour à Venise. Hotel très calme , station du vaporetto à proximité. loin de la foule de la place saint marco. petit bémol il manque une salle de jeu et de lecture.

It was very good. Quite refreshing after staying at a number of other places in Italy. The position is very good being away from the crowds and in a peaceful surround. We will definitely come back here to stay again and recommend to others. It was a shame we only stayed one night. Booking the room online from Rome was not an issue. My initial credit card didn't process properly however there was no issue with the staff contacting me and keeping my room. I later managed to contact them & process it properly. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Très contents du calme et de la liaison facile avec le centre (san marco) même le soir tard. Les enfants (ados) ont même pu rentrer seuls à l'hôtel dans la journée quand ils étaient fatigués. Besoin d'une meilleure signalisation indiquant l'hotel quand on arrive la 1ere fois en vaporetto à la station santa elena.

Petit déjeune très riche mais beaucoup d'aliment sans trop de goût. Il est dommage que le plateau courtoisie ne soit pas plus visible dans la chambre et qu'il y ai des vieux sachets de thé et aucun sachet de tisane alors qu'il y en a plein au restaurant.

In our weeks stay, Our towels were changed much more often than we requested which was unnecessary. only a small point to help you. Your maids did an excellent job overall. We stayed 7 nights which we thoroughly enjoyed. Out room was very clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The only tiny point was we didn't realise quite how far we were from the centre, and walking this distance of 25 minutes 4 times daily, in addition to hours walking during the day became a tiny bit tiresome. Also the walk was incredibly dark and a bit poorly lit - it was winter after all. The music during morning breakfast repeated exactly the same every day, even at the same time! The very enthusiastic trumpet player screeching at 8.45am every morning almost tipped me over the edge - until I started to wait laughingly for the 'crescendo' nearer 9am every day, which was a blessed relief :) something a little more relaxing when one first gets up might be more appreciated? We appreciated the lovely toiletries, a bit of thought had been given here and they were better than the usual inexpensive fare.

Super lage, zweckmäßiges Hotel, zweckmässige saubere Zimmer, leichter Schimmelbefall in der Dusche (Zimmer 311), Frühstück sollte abwechslungsreicher sein. Wir würden gern wieder kommen, denn die genannten Dinge sind abstellbar und nicht schwerwiegend. Schade das es keinen Fitnessraum oder ein Schwimmbad gibt - doch die Lage und das Wecken mit den Nationalhymne pünktlich 07:55 waren einfach super! Jeden Morgen das gleiche Frühstück kalte Eier auch im Land des Espresso könnte es zum Frühstück frischen Kaffee Crema geben.
