Ausserordentlich freundliches und kompetentes Personal - schoenes ruhiges grosses Zimmer. Gute Betten.

We have been at Sant Elena a few times and we will come again! The staff at breakfast is very busy and hard working but there are not enough people. sometimes there was a long wait for a capuccino. But as we were on holiday it did not matter. Very friendly staff!

Merci d’avoir rempli le questionnaire sur votre séjour au BEST WESTERN PREMIER Hôtel Sant’Elena.

Nous sommes désolés de lire votre remarque sur l'absence d'un effort de marketing de notre part.

Vous aviez réservé sept chambres et peu de temps avant l'arrivée nous avons été informés de votre intention de annuller une chambre . Étant donné le court délai, et le type du tarif de la chambre, non effaçable ni modifiable, nous avons décidé de vous faciliter en prenant la somme payée pour la chambre à couvrir les coûts de la taxe de séjour et le minibar, qui vous auriez du encore payer une fois à l'hôtel.

Nous regrettons donc que vous n'ayez pas reconnu notre volonté en essayant, autant que possible, de vous faciliter.

Dans tous les cas, nous espérons que dans l'avenir vous veuillez revenir encore une fois nous rendre visite au BEST WESTERN PREMIER Hôtel Sant’Elena.

Wir hatten 3 Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein Zimmer 311 und die beiden weiteren in der Qualität. Vorlaufzeit ein halbes Jahr. Als wir kamen hatten wir ein Zimmer mit einem Fenster, ein tausch war icht möglich nur zur Staßenseite. Wenn ich 311 buche erwarte ich auch ein Zimmer 311. Wir hatten Deluxw gebucht. Wir fühlen uns wohl und empfehlen das Hotel immer weiter a.) keine venezianischer Plüsch b.) Lage im grünen und das für Venedig c.) Ruhig d.) trotzdem zentral

We are very sorry if you did not have the room you reserved, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding. We really hope you can accept our most sincere apologies.

Anyway, when you arrived, we tried to meet your needs by giving you a room with view on the inner garden, with similar characteristic to the 311. We really hope you could at least appreciate our good will.

The room was a good size with a great bathroom. The area is nice, albeit not central. It was a nice, and short, walk to the boat stop in the park.

Das Hotel war angenehm, auch wegen der Lage am Ende von Venedig. Die Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Garten ist empfehlenswert und verwunderlich, dass das Hotel dieses nicht besser auf seiner Internetseite angibt. Zu bemängeln war die laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer, obwohl sie im Zimmer abgeschaltet war. Eine Komplett-Abschaltung ist laut Ansage des Hotelpersonals nicht möglich. Weiter sind morgendliche unbefangene Personalgeräusche - wie oft in Italien - schlafraubend - allerdings in diesem Hotel am Ende von Venedig auserhalb aller Touristenströme eher verwunderlich.

We've already given the hotel a high rating on Tripadvisor. On the one hand, it is nice that the room lights up as you enter. On the other hand, if a person is sleeping in the room when you enter, the light wakes them up.

Purtroppo gli spazi comuni sono carenti. Mi piacerebbe una piccola sala per sfogliare i quotidiani e postazioni internet più comode.
