We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the staff was kind and helpfull. The location of the hotel in a quiet and green part of the city was a main reason to stay here.

Nous sommes si satisfaits de l'hotel Sant'Elena que nous n'imaginons plus aller ailleurs lors de notre semaine vénitienne annuelle. L'élégance de l'hotel, le confort des chambres, le généreux petit déjeuner et son choix de pâtisseries...,la qualité de l'accueil, et aussi la situation , le calme,le quartier, tout cela a fait de nous des fidèles de l'hotel et, cette fois encore nous sommes ravis et bien décidés à revenir!

Franco and Francesca at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. However, the maitre d' should not have doubled as the room service rep, as he was most rude. We shied away from ordering room service as a result. When I asked for a lap top as a loaner, the poor chap who brought it up looked as if this was the last thing that he wanted to do. In all, service was spotty, therefore I cannot recommend the hotel as of today. I hope some training can iron out the inconsistency in service quality.

Loved being in a quiet residential part of Venice. Great to get away from the crowds.
