Hotel un peu exentré du centre touristique , mais cependant bien desservie par les transports, Avantage : permet d'être loin de la foule , mais problèmatique pour resortir le soir, pour diner car rien à proximité immédiate, obligé de reprendre le vaporetto . Décoration générale de l'hotel : un peu austère, dans les couloirs, (manque un peu de couleur ); les chambres sont agréables et de taille correcte ( suite junior ) - la salle de petit déjeuner est un peu étroite , surtout ne pas se mettre sur les tables à coté du buffet car les clients touchent votre chaise. bon et copieux petit déjeuner . J'ai apprécié mon séjour dans l'hotel mais si j'ai le choix avec un autre je réfléchirais quand meme avant de réserver.

Bathroom had still dirty towels from the previous guests upon our arrival. Dust on the nightstand table upon arrival that was there until the day we left. Total inexistence of slippers in the room. Some lights in the room switched on and off intermitently.

Da migliorare il Ristorante (varietà ,offerta , qualità, qualità/prezzo e comfort, pochi tavoli apparecchiati, i restanti già allestiti per la colazione).

Would recommend it very highly. The whole experience was delightful. My only choice of hotel when back to Venice. Have been to Venice 3 times at other hotels and this time this hotel made it more special.

The room was nice. Location a little far out. Mixed feeling of customer service, only one female front desk staff member rude and unhelpful. Asked to check in, after travelling 8 hours via train, and half hour on boat. No hello, no greeting, with attitude"yes?" Whilst the other staff members were helpful, shared 3 nearby restaurants, and assisted with booking for the boat transportation to the airport. On the other hand, when we lost the helpful map with nearby restaurants and asked the same tall female front desk, replied there was only one nearby. Which we had already visited, and were disappointed she was at the desk as we were there only 2 nights. Otherwise the room was clean and modern, and breakfast was wonderful. Dinner restaurant menu was limited. The blow dryer and kettle was not working. Overall experience was average.
